SHIPPING POLICY:  

YOUR PACKAGE IS IN GOOD HANDS

Orders are shipped by Canada Post* and delivered anywhere in Canada. You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member) and we do the rest!

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post's online tracking tool.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

*Another shipping company may be used to ship online-only items. Please note that these items are only available for home delivery.

We do our best to fulfill the order within 24-48 hours. We will advise should this process be longer than expected due to unexpected circumstances.

Once we have fulfilled it and sent it for shipping, it should also normally take 4 to 7 business days for you to receive your package in Canada.

The virtual gift card will be sent in less than an hour if:

  • No delivery date is selected.
  • Your bag contains no other items.

Delivery times for certain online-only items could be longer.

1. DELIVERY DELAY

Please note that Artisans des hauteurs cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, errors in postal addresses or incorrect address entered by the customer in the form, or delays caused by weather conditions. All packages are shipped via the "Regular parcel" service.

We are unable to change an address or accelerate a delivery once the package is in the hands of our shipping partners.

2. SHIPPING COSTS 

For all orders of $75 or more?, get free standard delivery. It is not possible to combine several orders in order to obtain free delivery.

Please note that prices and delivery policies may be subject to change without notice.

3. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs include the costs of preparation and packaging and delivery to the delivery address provided at the time of the order. These costs are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and delivery costs. No fees will be charged upon receipt of the package.

4. TERMS

For now, Artisans des hauteurs only offers delivery in Canada. However, it is possible for you to order on our website if you are outside of Canada (note that you must indicate a Canadian delivery AND billing address).

All products ordered from our online store are shipped via our shipping partners.

It is possible to pick up in store.

5. PARCELS RETURNED TO US

Each customer is responsible for correctly indicating the shipping address when placing an order on our online store. We cannot be held responsible for errors entered by the customer in his order.

When an address is incorrect and it is impossible to deliver the package, it is returned to us in the warehouse (note that this process can take up to 30 working days).

Once the package has been received in the warehouse, our team will refund the order minus the delivery costs.

Note that delivery costs are not refundable, even if you have benefited from the free delivery promotion.
